Abutofel Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by abutofel, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately from the date of your account registration.

• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Funds used for play are your own and obtained through legitimate means.
• Not using the platform with the intent to engage in money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity.

Abutofel reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close any account that fails to provide satisfactory documentation.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at abutofel. Holding multiple accounts, for any reason, is a serious violation of our terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid date of birth. This information is subject to identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC).

KYC documents that may be requested include:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Recent bank statement or proof of the payment method used.
• A selfie holding your identification document, if required.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months).

The KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is approved. abutofel may request additional documents at any time as required for compliance purposes.

All deposits to your abutofel account must be made using a supported payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.

Accepted deposit methods include: local bank transfers, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, and other digital methods listed on the Deposit ours.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically processed and credited within minutes.
• Abutofel does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Abutofel reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a specified amount.

Any deposits suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Players are eligible to withdraw funds from their abutofel account subject to the following conditions:

• The KYC process has been completed and the account has been fully verified.
• No suspicious activity or ongoing investigations on the account.
• All rollover requirements associated with any active bonus have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. If the original deposit method is unavailable, the abutofel support team will assist in finding a suitable alternative.

Abutofel aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. VIP Diamond withdrawals are processed with higher priority.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses:

• Each player is only eligible to claim one welcome bonus (first deposit bonus).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated.

• The maximum bet limit during an active rollover is RM 20 per round/bet unless otherwise stated.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period.

In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, abutofel reserves the right to:

• Threats or harassment — harassing, threatening, or abusing abutofel customer support staff.

Abutofel's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Abutofel reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified period.

• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

Players whose accounts are closed for valid reasons will receive any uncompromised deposit balance within 30 business days, subject to the completion of a compliance review.
